CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER
Working days: I-V days
Working hours: 09:00-18:00
● Conduct regular work in the direction of statistical database and their analysis;
● Preparation of a communication plan based on the analysis of the target audience;
● Improvement of customer behavior paths (customer journey map);
● Receiving online orders;
● Responding to customers on social media
● To work towards increasing repeat and new orders.
● Customer base modeling and customization of product applications;
● Formation of a direct contact network with customers (building communication chains using the main channels such as sms / push / call; communication frequency management);
● Compilation of periodical forecast reports and presentation of data;
● Higher education
● Knowledge of MS Excel
● Logical thinking, ability to analyze and draw conclusions, stages of problem solving ability to prioritize and plan.
● Ability to speak and write fluently in Azerbaijani language
● Russian is good, English is desirable.
● Must be digitally oriented.
● It is desirable to have experience in the integration and installation of CRM systems;
