HR COORDINATOR
Key Functions:
· Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts;
· Effective HR administration and people management skills;
· Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer;
· Prepare payroll budget;
· Submission of state reports;
· Full understanding of HR functions and best practices;
· Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines;
· Coordinate training sessions and seminars;
· Support other assigned functions.
Requirements:
· High education;
· Excellent language skills: English, Azerbaijani, Russian;
· Strong knowledge of labor law;
· Experience: more than 2 years as an HR specialist, desirable if in restaurant and hotel sphere;
· Excellent communication, interpersonal relationships, organizational and time management skills;
· Excellent IT skills/ MS Office;
· Confident, friendly and approachable manner;
· Must be articulate and attention to details.
